David Nicol
David Nicol, PhD is a leading scholar-practitioner at the intersection of personal and collective transformation, with a particular focus on the power of coherent group fields to catalyze large-scale change. He is the author of Subtle Activism: The Inner Dimension of Social and Planetary Transformation (SUNY Press), the first comprehensive study to demonstrate how collective meditation and prayer can measurably influence social outcomes. Through this pioneering work, he helped lay the intellectual and experiential foundations for a new field of consciousness-based activism, giving rise to initiatives such as the Gaiafield Project and BeThePeace.
Kate Naga
Kate Naga is a conscious producer, energetic steward, and gifted intuitive whose work centers on creating the conditions for deep coherence and transformation. With a background in business and educational entrepreneurship, Kate blends structural brilliance with a deep sensitivity to subtle currents. She moves fluidly between worlds—organizing the unseen, sensing what’s emerging, and shaping containers where the invisible can come into form. As both a systems thinker and field tender, she has played a vital role over the years in supporting multiple initiatives to come into manifestation, including more recently Eudaimonia Institute.
Currently, life partners David and Kate co-direct EarthRising, a global platform dedicated to supporting the emergence of the New Earth Era — a time of higher fusion between Earth and Cosmos.
EarthRising is a winged creature: a living collaboration with multiple expressions.

Its central body is the heart of their shared work — group offerings like GaiaTree Circle and Luminous Web, as well as public service series such as The Magical Battle of America. These offerings explore the use of group fields as sacred conduits for archetypal forces, designed to support both individual healing and systemic cultural evolution.

In 2020, EarthRising sprouted a wing: Earth Astrology, where David shares his written commentary, offers archetypal astrology sessions, and guides the Chrysalis Astro Sangha.

Now, a new wing — Red Earth Healing — is slowly unfolding and nearly ready for flight. Rooted in Kate’s passion for reconnecting people to their natural blueprint for optimal health and well-being, this branch will offer sessions and courses to support embodied vitality and energetic alignment.

Through its multiple wings, EarthRising offers navigational tools to help people embody the new frequencies of this era. Earth Astrology helps with attunement to cosmic rhythms and archetypes, while Red Earth Healing nurtures the body’s innate intelligence and connection to the Earth. Together, these branches guide the broader EarthRising community toward greater coherence and embodiment — a marriage of earthly grounding and cosmic expansion that lies at the heart of this new era.
